From the 19th to the 21st of November, Istanbul became the logistics hub of Eurasia once more as Logitrans Fair 2025 enacted its largest edition in history. The event, with over 16,000 attendees from 66 different nations, more than 230 exhibitors, and a bigger area for presentations, confirmed its position as the most powerful logistics marketplace connecting Europe and Asia and further strengthened its communication with the East and West.
The Logitrans Fair was an opportunity for all the international participants, giving the chance for high-quality meetings, and the strong interest in logistics investment was all around. Everybody was sharing insights and their own experiences and achievements in the multimodal transportation industry, sustainability, digitalization of logistics, and the developing position of Turkish logistics in the world supply chain.
Program highlights
The program that lasted three days offered a remarkable exchange of professionals:
- More space allocated to the exhibition and the largest ever exhibitor lineup—more than 230 companies from 22 different countries
- International participation was strong: more than 16,000 visitors, +14% compared to last year
- B2B meetings with valuable decision makers and project owners
- Talks on new transport routes, climate-friendly logistics, climate change adaptation, and the future of supply chain management
- Presentation of ATLAS Logistics Awards; recognition of excellence across 26 categories in Turkish logistics
- Exhibitor demonstrations covering innovations in multimodal transport, solutions for warehousing, digital freight tools, and technology for sustainability
Once again, industry leaders brought out the point that Logitrans Fair remains the only one that could link global players with fast-growing local providers. Hence, the position of Istanbul as the logistics hub of Eurasia was confirmed.
Our impressions
For the DFA team, Logitrans Fair 2025 turned out to be an active networking place where many of the meetings developed into cooperation opportunities. By being there, we were in tune with the very spirit of the event; such things as digitalization, integrated logistics, and international collaboration were a strong push.

The following were the areas of greatest interest among the visitors:
- The global freight forwarder network of DFA
- Potential collaborations in Europe, Turkey, and Central Asia
- Digital enablement tools ( ERP, live cargo tracking, freight calculator, member collaboration)
- Solutions that promote transparency, operational connectivity, and scalability in terms of growth.
The mood was one of dynamism and business. Numerous participants came with well-defined projects and were on the lookout for trustworthy partners, which was a perfect fit for DFA's goal of linking forwarders into a reliable global alliance. The fair was a great spot for coming to us to fortify the current relationships and also to create new ones that are just as important.
Major highlights
- Logitrans is the central Eurasian logistics marketplace, which not only attracts global players but also gives space to new innovators.
- Turkish logistics is going through a fast change as it shifts from being road-hauling specialists to being logistics service providers that offer full integration, an event that strongly supports this trend.
- Digital collaboration ecosystems are becoming more and more in demand as forwarders look for partners who are efficient, open, and trustworthy all over the globe.
- Sustainability and resilience are at the top of the agenda, which is evidenced in the themes of the conference and the showcases of the exhibitors.
- The quality of the networking was extremely high, with the decision-makers being the ones who were discussing and making the business outcomes concrete.
Logitrans Fair 2025 showed the world once more why Istanbul still is the strategic global logistics crossroads. For DFA, the conference was a chance to be part of this fast-moving ecosystem.
